Information received
A public enquiry may include a name, email address, selected starting point and voluntary context. Do not send credentials, customer exports, regulated information, personal reference material, production records or other confidential material through the form.
How information is used
Information is used to understand and respond to an enquiry where appropriate. It is not used to make automated rehearsal choices about an individual. The public form is a browser demonstration and does not send a live message.
Retention and sharing
If a future operational enquiry channel is used, information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and related administration. Information is not sold. It may be shared only where necessary to respond, meet a legal obligation or protect rights, safety or security.
Your choices
You may request information about available personal reference material or ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Use the Contact route and avoid unnecessary sensitive details in an initial message.
