Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern public site use before a separate animation agreement.
This site provides general information about character animation and rigging. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, security-certification, privacy-compliance or other specialist advice for a particular organisation.
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass protections, scrape contact information, submit confidential material through the public form or reproduce original material as an unrelated product or service.
An enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a scope, certify an existing scene board or establish payment terms. If Qosudavi and a client choose to work together, scope, fees, access, confidentiality, reference material handling, responsibilities, acceptance and changes should be recorded in a separate written agreement.
The Qosudavi name, original copy, visual identity and site assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires written permission.
